A lifelong Floridian born and raised in Apopka, Andrew Parrott has proudly called Pensacola home since 1998. After serving in the U.S. Navy and later retiring as a Captain from the Florida Department of Corrections, Andrew brought his leadership, discipline, and heart for service into real estate — helping families and investors across Florida achieve their real-estate goals with confidence and care.

As a founding member of The Sphere Group, a high-performing real-estate team serving both Pensacola and Orlando, Andrew has built a culture centered on professionalism, accountability, and relationships that last. His clients value his calm guidance, clear communication, and deep understanding of Florida’s unique market dynamics.

Today, Andrew also serves as the Director of Growth for the Eastern United States with United Home Group, one of the largest and most respected expansion networks within Keller Williams Realty. In that role, he supports agents and leaders across multiple markets in building businesses that thrive through systems, culture, and service.
